Rooted in experience

I have been embedded in nonprofit work for nearly 20 years. I created Colloquy for organizations doing important work in moments that require both clarity and execution. I’ve had the privilege of being at the grassroots—knocking on doors and and talking to community members AND the grass tops, serving on boards and leading organizations. Whether the challenge is organizational growth, leadership transition, strategic drift, or a need for stronger alignment, my goal is the same: I want to help leaders move from intention to action with a steadier hand and a stronger foundation because I believe that the communities that we serve deserve it.

As an executive leader with experience across nonprofit management, food systems, partnerships, communications, and organizational strategy, through Colloquy, I bring a perspective that is both strategic and grounded. The approach is collaborative, direct, and human-centered — I’m less interested in abstract recommendations than in helping our clients make real progress.

That’s my promise.
